After 34 years of professional psychology experience, I am always awed and humbled by the courage it takes for clients to come forward and put effort into enhancing their mental health status. My name is Bruce Cook and I am registered with the College of Psychologists and Behavioural Analysts of Ontario. My registration number is 4222.
My main areas of practice focus on clinical and forensic psychology. I work with adults from 18-64 years of age, and have competency to work with individuals and couples in therapy.
My approach involves a client-centred approach where I utilize paradigms such as solution-focused therapy, psychodynamic, cognitive-behaviour, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) therapy.
